The Grizzly V2, Off-Grid's first chef knife design, has become a smash hit. Customers' feedback led to upgrades and design enhancements in the new version. This ain't your typical chef knife, staying true to Off-Grid's signature overbuilt concept. The goal was to create a chef knife that feels like a hefty fixed blade, but with a slicey outdoor vibe.

The Grizzly V2 features a huge belly, full flat grind, and a clip point or reverse tanto blade design influenced by the traditional Japanese "Bunka" chef knife. The blade is made with Sandvik 14C28N steel, a world-leading stainless steel from Sweden, offering excellent edge performance, high hardness, and corrosion resistance. A DLC coating adds further corrosion resistance and toughness with a tumbled graywash finish.

The large blade is accompanied by a beefy G10 handle with smooth and comfortable scales and a lanyard opening. The grip fills the hand, providing excellent control, comfort, and ergonomics with plenty of knuckle clearance. A pinch grip design is added for detailed chopping and slicing.

At 11 ounces, the Grizzly V2 is no lightweight chef knife, and that's by design. This overbuilt chef knife is ready for work, suitable for multiple cutting styles such as the Rock Chop, Small Dice, and Cross Chop. The Grizzly V2 cuts like the mighty bear claw.

The knife features plenty of finger clearance for chopping, a pinch grip for detailed cutting, and jimping on the spine, like the Tracker-X2 and Ridgeback camp knives.

The Grizzly V2 comes with a Kydex sheath, providing excellent security and retention. The Off-Grid Lo-Pro belt clip allows for a low-hip carry, and the thumb ramp enables easy one-hand deployment. The color of the Kydex is matched to the Coyote handle for extra badassery.
